喀比盛泰瀾奧南別墅及度假村 (Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi)

The service of the hotel is not good at all. The indian restaurant is not giving good service. They were unable to understand the order properly even in English. Moreover the buggy service is also poor. They left our lugguage on the deck itself which was risky.

My stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi was an unforgettable experience, mainly due to its beautiful, secluded location. The resort is nestled in nature, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are equally impressive, surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. The tranquility and overall ambiance of the resort make it an ideal getaway for those looking to rest and relax. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes and preferences. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The Jacuzzi, while relaxing, was not warm enough, which was a minor disappointment. Additionally, the Monkey Trail leading to Ao Nang, although scenic, is quite steep and can be exhausting, especially for younger or older guests, as well as the hardworking staff who frequently use it.One suggestion would be for the resort management to consider constructing a more accessible trail across the small cape along the beachfront. This would not only benefit guests of all ages but also the loyal staff who are crucial to the smooth operation of the resort. A direct walking path to Ao Nang would be much more convenient than the long-tail boat option, which is often bumpy and leads to the less significant Nopparat Thara Pier. Despite these minor issues, Centara Grand is a lovely place to stay, and I would recommend it for those seeking a peaceful retreat in Krabi.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities. The room was dusty, with visible dirt in several areas, and the furniture was broken down and outdated. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t been properly maintained for quite some time. I strongly recommend that major maintenance and updates be made to the property.

チェックインの後、部屋に連れていってもらうまでかなり待ちました。 でもサービスや環境、お部屋の実はとても良く、素敵な時間を過ごしました。

Beautiful hotel accessible by boat. This is our second time here and we love it. Decent food in the restaurants. For those who want to go into town you can take a 20 minutes hike on the Monkey Trail or take a boat out. The last time we came here Kayaking was free but there is a charge now for hiring a kayak. Its lovely to kayak surrounded by limestone hills and the plus point for us was that a large area was shaded from the harsh sun.

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar increible con playa privada, la piscina y el desayuno son increibles. Las habitaciones algo viejas, pero muy espaciosas con vistas al mar

I must wating for one hour to check in.. the ladys receptionist rude and give me bad service.. balcony of my room full of monkey waste. so smelly.. i dont want come again..

The resort offers a perfect blend of privacy and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway. Would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. :)

Endroit spectaculaire ! Nous avons adorés. Cet hôtel est juste magnifique situé dans un cadre idyllique. La navette en bateau est très pratique. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition et le personnel très serviable et gentil. Chambre propre, calme et spacieuse. Je recommande +++

this hotel is not worth the money! 100%... first of all, none of the staff understands or speaks a word of English. all they do is say "ok" and that's the end of it. the service is disgusting! for four days no one cleaned the room even once, did not bring water or towels! The staff is not very friendly and hospitable! the prices in the restaurant are simply incredible! 400 baht for lettuce leaves???? not even a salad, but just lettuce leaves!!! moving in also causes a lot of problems! How is it that check-out should be at 11 a.m. and check-in at 3 p.m.? the staff requires you not to buy food or drinks from outside the hotel!! this is complete nonsense! the only good thing about this hotel is the amazing view around it!!! in itself, because of the service, staff and how the hotel is managed by the owners, its rating is 1 out of 10! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! этот отель не стоит своих денег ! 100%... во первых никто из персонала не понимает ни слова по английски и не говорит . все что они делают , это говорят "ок" и на этом все заканчивается . сервис отвратительный! за четыре дня никто не убрал ни разу в комнате , не принёс воду или полотенца! персонал очень не доброжелателен и не гостеприимен ! цены в ресторане просто невероятны ! 400 бат за салатные листья ???? даже не салат , а просто листья салата !!! заселение тоже вызывает массу проблем! как выходит так , что выселение должно быть в 11 утра , а заселение в номер в 15.00 ? персонал требует не покупать еду или напитки не с территории отеля !! это бред полнейший ! единственное , что хорошо в этом отеле это только изумительный вид вокруг него !!! сам по себе из-за сервиса , персонала и того как управляется хозяевами отель его оценке 1 из 10 ! НАСТОЯТЕЛЬНО НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!
